Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60. Orders under £60 incur a flat shipping fee of £3.95.
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday. Next-day delivery costs £6.95 and is available to most UK mainland addresses.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Europe (EU): 5–8 business days · from £8.95
United States & Canada: 7–12 business days · from £12.95
Rest of World: 10–16 business days · from £14.95
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express, depending on destination and order value. All international shipments include tracking.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee charged at checkout. Nineveh Laboratories has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the following business day.
During periods of high demand, including product launches and promotional events, dispatch times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will communicate any delays by email.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ninevehlabs.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
