Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nineveh Laboratories order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Due to the nature of food supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the item is faulty or was damaged in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@ninevehlabs.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation, as we may be unable to process your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund and for it to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping rate applicable at the time will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ninevehlabs.com with your order number and photographs of the damage or fault.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
